Let's start this morning with a local biz win . . .
SADLY, THERE HASN'T BEEN A LOT OF CELEBRATION OVER THE FACT THAT ONCE AGAIN MISSOURI WILL MOST LIKELY LEAD THE NATION IN METH PRODUCTION THIS YEAR!!!
The stat is not only a sobering look at economic reality on local streets but also a glimpse at what kind of biz development has really taken hold in the state despite so many tax breaks put forth by politicos.
Last year we lost the title to Kentucky . . . But the title is coming home yet again!!!
I'm not sure that this story will show up under the #Show-Me Pride tag but it's a fact that Kansas City media has ignored thus far . . . And should show up later in the day now that we've put it on blast. Natch.

ReplyDeleteAmazing how people accept numbers and such from the law enforcement community and how the media never, ever challenges the information they put out as mere propaganda.
ReplyDeleteYour articles say Missouri, most say California but Missouri does seem to lead for busts and for accidents.
What these reports seem to say is the "scientists" in Missouri are pretty dumb compared to those in California.
It's Mexican Meth. I blame tony!
ReplyDeleteWait just a minute. This can't be true, the politicians put all sorts of restrictions on the purchase of cold remedies that contain the precursors to meth. That has stopped meth production, dead in it's tracks. Another problem solved by the politicians.
ReplyDeleteWE'RE NUMBER ONE!
ReplyDeleteWE'RE NUMBER ONE!
Puppy mills and meth. I'm proud to call Missouri home!
ReplyDeleteThe only thing restricting access to meth chemicals did was make Mexican meth more appealing. The up side is at least when they are making it down there, they aren't blowing up their kids up here.
ReplyDelete1139 Pretty much suns it up. But then we do have the best legislature MONEY CAN BUY.
ReplyDeletewerd up.
ReplyDeleteIt's sad when not even our Meth is made in the USA. We need local jobs people.
ReplyDeleteI am sure that we can get the number one spot, if only we give it the old Missouri try. No sense beinb a "might be".
ReplyDeleteWhat a sad ranking for the state of Misery. I hope this is a ranking that is a one and done.
ReplyDeleteDo you think there is a correlation between the fed stopping funds for cleaning up meth lab sites and the resurgence of meth labs in Missouri?
