THE KCPS ISN'T WORTH SAVING!!!

KSHB files a politically charged story filled with typical quotes . . . However, I just wanted to write that post title because the effort to "save" Kansas City Public Schools is completely misguided and actually PREVENTS finding a workable solution: "Dana Cutler says the Kansas City Public Schools board has made decisions based on political agendas and not on what's best for the students."

  1. What passes for leadership in the KCMO black community is pathetic. Self-appointed big shots who regularly intimidate and blame others, all while making very good livings for themselves.
The kids don't count, but neither do the neighborhoods, community, or residents.
Just take another look at the list of losers who wanted the state to appoint them to run the district. It's way past time to move these duds aside and elect, appoint, or at least listen to, some serious folks who would like to at least try to do something for someone other than themselves.

This is not news. It's dwelling on the obvious. Think Marilyn and Ajamou.

  4. Your headline says it all.

If KCPS is dissolved, there will still be schools for KC kids to go to.

  5. Does Sly really want to rule over the KCPS debacle? If so, why is he picking a fight with Jeff City?
