KC Currents is about two years too late with this story about the KCPD rumbler. The department has been installing them in cars for almost two years now.
ReplyDeleteMarcusse and his eco devo operation is a joke and his idea that a football game contributes to the city's "image" is proof of that. Football stadiums all look about the same, and that's all you get to see on television.
ReplyDeleteOnly in a cowtown with an inferiority complex like KC could a televised football game be a big deal.
