Dead Wait imagines a local leftover of a zombie apocalypse struggling to survive while armed only with a spike-y baseball bat and a razor sharp wit.
Sure, Kansas City offers a lot of opportunities for zombie fun ranging from shitty sport teams to lame entertainment districts but only Dead Wait provides a thrilling and action packed zombie tour de force with a bit of existentialism thrown into this brain munching good time.
Seriously, this is one of the best Kansas City web series out there demonstrating once again that this town has quite a lively moviemaking community.
So we're still doing the zombie thing in 2011, huh?
