This afternoon SNAP - The Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests makes a serious move against a local priest who was ALLEGEDLY involved in molestation cases over the years.
TAKE A LOOK AT SNAP CALLING OUT A DUDE THEY SAY IS "MISSOURI'S MOST WIDELY ACCUSED PREDATOR PRIEST" NOW LIVING IN THE GOLDEN GHETTO!!!
They're sending this letter out to more than a few JoCo Schools
TAKE A LOOK AT THE TEXT FROM SNAP FOR YOURSELF:

Dear Principal Moore,
We are clergy sex abuse victims who belong to a support group called SNAP, the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests (SNAPnetwork.org). Our mission is to protect the vulnerable and heal the wounded.
We have learned that Missouri’s most widely-accused predator priest lives near you.
He’s Fr. Thomas M. Reardon and he now lives at an apartment complex at ##############, near two other schools and the Deer Creek subdivision. Weeks ago, a civil lawsuit was served against Reardon there. No Missouri priest faces as many child sex abuse allegations as Reardon.
In 1989, Reardon resigned from the Catholic priesthood in the face of allegations of financial misdeeds. Earlier, he had been sent to Johns Hopkins for treatment for his “addictions,” yet still the Kansas City diocese paid for him to become a licensed counselor. In 2004, however, Reardon voluntarily turned in that professional license when lawsuits against him began piling up.
He’s now faced at least twenty-five individuals who say he molested them as kids. Almost all of them have settled civil cases against him. Kansas City Catholic officials are reportedly trying to defrock him.
We worry about the safety of kids near Reardon. So we are writing letters to church officials asking them to alert the public about his presence and his crimes. We are asking the same of you, and of officials with the Kansas City Christian School (Oxford Park Campus) and Mission Trail Elementary. (
Why are we so worried?
--Because he’s a serial predator
--Because he’s shrewd (as evidenced by the fact that he’s gotten by with his crimes for so many years)
--Because he’s well-spoken and well-educated (and adept at winning people’s trust quickly)
--Because even after leaving the priesthood, he sought positions of access to and power over kids
--Because we’ve seen no hint or evidence that he has, in any way, “reformed”
--Because he often acted in concert with another child molesting cleric, Fr. Thomas O’Brien, and
--Because in our highly transient society, we strongly suspect that few who live near him have any idea of his crimes.
“But Reardon hasn’t been found guilty in court, so how do we know he’s guilty?” you might ask.
-- Because he’s been accused dozens of times
-- Because dozens of those suits have risen to the level of civil lawsuits
-- Because dozens of those suits have been settled
-- Because he’s been ousted from ministry for years by his own supervisors
-- Because those supervisors are trying to defrock him
-- Because he didn’t fight when faced with potential challenges to his counseling license
-- Because many of his victims don’t know one another (and thus could not have concocted “stories”)
So please, protect your students and staff. Please do all that you can’t to alert them to Reardon’s presence nearby.
You needn’t worry about Reardon suing you for slander or libel. (The last thing a predator wants is more public attention to him and his crimes.) There’s plenty of information in the public domain about the many credible allegations against him (see BishopAccountability.org for details).
We look forward hearing from you.

ReplyDeleteThe only thing he and SNAP care for are the dollars. He has managed to make himself and his staffers very wealthy in the process.
Protect the person, protect the brand ... cover-up crime
ReplyDeleteCouldn't the US Attorney convene a Grand Jury to investigate probable RICO Act violations?
ReplyDeleteIs he a registered sex offender?
ReplyDeleteSNAP does great work, without doubt and it needs to be pointed out and appreciated, absolutely. No one else is doing what they are.
ReplyDeleteGreat job, S.N.A.P. !!
ReplyDeleteKeep it up.
Concerning what anonymous 1:11 said:
Fuck off, asshole and go back to your desk at the catholic chancery office.
according to Watchdog.net Reardon is NOT a sex offender so he can live where he wants.. Sorry SNAP thanks for the info but there is nothing you can do about where he lives...
ReplyDeleteSound like he is a good candidate for broken bottle castration!
ReplyDeletewhy no criminal charges if this guy is such a short eyes? Im not saying he is or isn't, I just question a group that is always involved in civil actions, yet rarely brings about criminal charges.
ReplyDeleteHahaha....I LIKE busting your children's ass! Catch me if you can! Jesus told me I could.
ReplyDeleteThe twenty plus lawsuits are the tip of the iceberg; some of Father Tom Reardon's victims committed suicide. Some suffer in silence. Some talk to trusted friends only. Such wreckage. Warning neighbors is the least we can do. Defrocking is not enough.
