NEW JACKSON COUNTY PROSECUTOR JEAN PETERS BAKER IS SHAKING THINGS UP IN HER OFFICE ONCE AGAIN WITH A RECENT SUSPENSION OF TWO ASSISTANT PROSECUTORS!!!
Word from The County is that this is an "ONGOING" matter and they're being understandable cautious and not saying anything on the record . . .

"Late yesterday, two Assistant Jackson County Prosecuting Attorneys were suspended and escorted out of the office. No reason given yet. One of the gentlemen had recently tried (and lost) a murder first degree case and been (allegedly) caught withholding evidence (State v. Anthony Sisco). (Another one of the dudes) had recently tried (and lost) a drug case and been caught (allegedly) withholding evidence.
"Couple of interesting things. First, despite the repeated problems with prosecutors hiding discovery (the Buchli case where Judge Prokes excluded all evidence is STILL waiting for a decision from the Court of Appeals), this is the first time a Prosecutor (Mean Jean) has taken action. Second, the fear has always been that a Prosecutor couldn't do anything to discipline cheating prosecutors without pissing off their Union-- Local 42. Looks like the times are changing."
Obviously, some of the info was info was redacted by yours truly . . . But we're checking into it all, making more phone calls and obviously we wanted to tell you d-bags about it first.
Also, the source of this info is correct . . . It looks like Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker is shaking things up QUICKLY in her office . . . And that could get interesting.
