Kansas City Proper is soon to start making our dividing lines once again . . . The fun part of this is always whining from The Great White Northland regarding "disenfranchisement" as if their political leaders had any real experience with the term . . .
However, also look for some world-class bickering between African-American Leaders and Latinos given that 3rd District has changed more demographically than any of the Ministers would like to admit.
All things considered . . . It's going to be a Tila Tequila fun time full racial debates that will undoubtedly leave a great many hurt feelings.

ReplyDeleteKCMO north of the river should actully become a part of Overland Park, which it has much more in common with than KCMO south of the river. You can't blame them for watching the millions of dollars sunk into downtown without any real development that doesn't end up costing the taxpayers for decades, just because the real insiders at city hall want to make a buck and remember the good old days before 90% of the metro area jobs went to the suburbs.
