TKC BREAKING NEWS!!! CROSSROADS REAL ESTATE SPECULATORS RENEW THEIR EFFORT TO TAKE OVER THE WESTSIDE!!!

Before Greece inevitably defaults on their debts (and maybe the U.S. Too) it's interesting to see Kansas City Real Estate speculators in the Crossroads step up their game.

Check out: The Dividing Line . . . It's a nice video that tells me the mostly white real estate speculators in the Crossroads are in the mood to make even more block-busting gambles . . . And maybe they'll get a bit more TIF cash to back them up.

Hold up there cowboy . . . Even better, the North End of the Westside is still home to a great many ethnic PEOPLE . . . And that's even cooler and something nobody sees nowadays in the Crossroads.

While I wouldn't dare hold up progress or impede the ego and sense of entitlement of rich, white real estate speculators . . . I simply want current residents to get the best price possible. So often in this neighborhood, strategically timed codes violation complaints and hardball tactics are used to push current po'folk out the door. So many Kansas City real estate schemes only have a chance of working when the property is stolen . . . And even then, the story of the North End of this neighborhood right now is NOTHING BUT EMPTY AND EXPENSIVE WESTSIDE HOUSING LANGUISHING ON THE MARKET.

So it seems that so many Crossroads speculators have yet to learn their lesson and it might be somewhat entertaining and horrible to watch these dirtbags throw even more good money after bad when they realize that the money losing Kauffman PAC looks pretty but doesn't change the neighborhood as much as they had hoped.
