It seems like I'm always waiting on sluts . . . Sadly, we'll have to wait awhile to see sluts take to Kansas City streets according to this tweet.
TKC EXCLUSIVE: We hear that paper work problems and permits played a big part in keeping these sluts off Kansas City streets . . . Hopefully, they can work to overcome this small setback and bring these folks reclaiming the word "slut" to Kansas City streets.

So take the opportunity to support victims of rape and women to dress as "slutty" as they would like . . . Nice.
