RACIST KANSAS CITY MUST NOW APOLOGIZE FOR "MURDER" ACCUSATION IN A TRAGIC ACCIDENTAL BABY DEATH CASE!!!

Kansas City's racist tendency and overall depravity is once again contradicted by science.

Check it:

Drowning of baby in tub not a homicide, medical examiner rules

There are so many things wrong with this tragic death. Reasonable people could call it negligence or endangerment . . .

BUT ONLY KANSAS CITY QUICKLY RUSHES TO USE THE TERM "MURDER" WHEN IT COMES TO BLACK BABIES!!!

The disparity is clear and similar tragedies in white communities almost NEVER focus on such divisive language . . .

Certainly, it says something about the character of Kansas City media denizens when even Black children are quickly labeled "murderers" despite medical evidence proving otherwise.

  1. Not a Homicide but surely a candidate for a "Darwin Award".

  3. 7:41 apparently didn't read the article, which clearly distinguishes between homicide and murder.

As far as the post, labeling the death as merely accidental is what devalues a black baby's life.

  4. 7:51, your post proves that a chimp can somehow figure out how to create words by pecking at a keyboard.

  5. According to a police report obtained by The Kansas City Star, the 5-year-old girl told detectives she pulled Jermane into the tub to drown him “because he doesn’t go to sleep.”

She told police the toddler was “not coming back.” When a detective asked her how she felt, knowing Jermane was dead, she “stated it made her feel better,” according to the report written by the detective."

Sounds like some criminal negligence on the adults who left a baby in the care of a retarded girl and a budding sociopath.

  7. The death was ruled an accident, but, as the article says, so are deaths in drunken driving incidents. Nowhere does it say the 5-year-old did not kill the infant; the police merely questioned her ability to INTEND to do so. Hence the accidental death ruling. Also note that the infant's family does not agree with the ruling.

  9. Really Tony? Take the P&L situation and run with it. However, this article is straight up "race baiting". Was Whitlock sitting next to you when you banged out this bullshit?

  11. Tony--Its fairly obvious the little girl did indeed kill the baby. Doesn't matter what race she is. However, the "murder" aspect of it deals with the semantics of the law regarding intent. What will ultimately be argued is whether or not the girl understood what she was doing was wrong.

Quit being such a race-baiting dollard.

come on Tony, really?? this has nothing to do with race. even if the race of these kids was unknown, this would've caused outrage among the community. you're losing credibility here. keep this blog relevant and don't write shit like this, please.
