Developing . . .
*yawn*
ReplyDeleteI didn't hear outrage. I think you're blowing this out of proportion because you think that discontent over cover-charge-mania is a story you own.
ReplyDeleteThe only part of it that you own is th racial descrimination part. Th rest is news for the youngers.
But did you catch that one comment, you shouldn't have to pay a cover for just walking around? those are the ones I bet Cordish wants to EXCLUDE from th area!!
With P&L offring drink/cover tickets, that's very effective...and not just a profit ripoff.
It still goes back, that they don't want to riff raff showing up with empty pockets late sat and sunday night.
Still strikes me as a good policy to get rid of the riff raff.
If you idiots would support your local bars and restaurants, you wouldn't have this problem.
ReplyDeleteFuckin' dipshits!
Real Kansas Citian's don't go to the P&L, only fucktards like you do.
If people want to "just walk around" and not have to pay for it, all they have to do is show up a little earlier. Problem solved.
ReplyDeletePeople are just idiots and want reasons to bitch.
Plus Tony wants to do anything he can to see downtown KC fail.
I'm outraged...publicly outraged.
ReplyDeleteWhy not just build a Misfit and Lowlife District. Somewhere outside of the city limits. Now theres a winner! Call it the M&L District.
ReplyDeleteIdiotic video. Whats the point? No swimsuit wrestling is permited down there?
ReplyDeleteGet some help.
Too bad there isnt this much "Public Outrage" among the blacks over their children killing each other. Tony tries to make this a po folk issue, claiming it aint about race. Im going to call bullshit, EVERYTHING is about race for Tony Baloney. As for me, I think I saw some hair peeking out of a jello wrestlers bikini, I have Pubic Outrage.
ReplyDeleteThis boycott is great. There wasn't a poor minority in sight at the pnl this weekend. It was fantastic.
ReplyDeleteThere's already an M & L district for the metro. It's called Kansas City, Mo.
ReplyDeleteExcellent. Keep up the boycott.
ReplyDeleteI LIKE not having niggers around when I want to have fun!!! They fuck up everything!
ReplyDeleteNo coverage of the near riot and beat down at the Midland last night T? Waka Flocka show led to cop tasing and fight.
ReplyDeleteAlso not that the Cordish owned Midland does not list this show on their website or calendar. They seldom advertise the rap and hip hop shows.
11:33 Where's the outrage in the white community about white men raping children boys and girls.
ReplyDelete11:33 Where's the outrage in the white community about white men raping children boys and girls.
ReplyDeleteI think TKC you are missing the point. At P&L it is okay for White people to wrestle White people, with very little clothing. But a Black Man(DJ Jazzy) cannot tell a White (girl) to get on her knees and touch herself.
ReplyDeleteCordish can't have it both ways, either your DISNEYLAND...Or PARTYLAND.
Look, there are certain incontrovertible facts in this issue. These are the facts we can all agree on.
ReplyDelete$300,000,000 in initial public funds used to create the PnL District. CHECK
$11,000,000 per annum minimum liability on the part of KC taxpayers to support PnL. CHECK
The Cordish CEO grew up in a segregated world. CHECK
PnL discriminated against people based on appearance and credit access / preference. CHECK
OK. There we go,. Now tell me again why we should let "the fuctards" have their district while we are all footing the bill.
The point of the video was to show the obvious double standard that exists in PnL. Was it not apparent to you in the video? They kick a DJ out for lewd sexual suggestions then host a jello wrestling contest where a man can be plainly seen attempting to ram his fingers into a girls ass, and you are going to argue that there is not a double standard?
You are living in a fantasy.
And I don't think Tony wants to see downtown Kansas City fail. Not at all.
ReplyDeleteHe wants to see a bunch of white corporate welfare recipients get painted in the appropriate light. And he is doing that.
This is a place sold to us on the idea of creating a focal point for our local community. They lied.
Period.
