Prairie Village leaders hate the Christmas spirit of Mike Babick and his obnoxious lighting display but during the Summer they're blaming the traffic hot mess the display creates on their city officials and visitors.

ReplyDeleteprairie village is real hesitant to regulate this guy's religious display, let alone free speech. PV has gotten it's hands slapped by the district court twice in the last couple of years, one guy on Roe at 67th has his anti war signs up most of the year, the ACLU helped him beat Perfect Village
