Weed control is just one of the very many areas of city services that need command attention, starting with the mayor. Let's start with public safety, specifically the homicide rate; then there's the housing department; street repair; and getting a professional manager in the water services operation BEFORE they start on the $2.4 BILLION sewer upgrade.

Any takers? Anybody?
