A Kansas City Area Politico Felon Question

In the aftermath of a GROUNDBREAKING recent Russ Ptacek report on the Clay County Auditor who "has a felony document" . . . Some of the most savvy TKC Readers are asking:

"Are you going to point out that the KC Star reported on the felon in Clay County and Cass County but remains silent on Jackson County?!?!?!"

A valid question but there's even more:

"When will Jean Peters Baker join Cass County prosecutor Hensley and Clay County Prosecutor White in ousting James Tindall?"

Now, here's the loophole that keeps Jackson County Legislator in office . . . Jackson County is a Missouri FIRST-CLASS Charter County and nothing in charter rules prohibits a felon from serving.

However, SO MANY of you point out that rule is contradictory to Missouri State Rules and Regs . . . And has never been challenged.

For now, it's not likely that it will be . . . Or not. But it's clear the subject of Jackson County Legislator Tindall's felony continues to loom over the courthouse.

  6. James Tindall is a felon ... in office and he will stay in office.
Jackson county Prosecutor will not upset the political mix in the courthouse by rightly opening an investigation into the man's status.

  7. Tindall lives off the payoff. When you're paid under the table, you don't pay taxes!

He's a felon and should be thrown out.
