Eastside, midside, all around the town. As long as there is no command attention at the highest level given to curbing violence and murders, this will not only continue, but spread throughout the city.
ReplyDeleteKCMO has plenty of resources, and there are all kinds of ideas that have worked in other cities (like community policing(, but here the folks who could make a difference don't really have the commitment to work together to change the status quo.
What are the mayor, council, prosecutor, police board, and command staff willing to do to address the homicides?
