That's nothing new...there's a company called Regis that has rental office space in a building at Zona Rosa, and elsewhere around the area.

Kansas City is full of people who find new ways to scavenge food while paying higher taxes to offset the cost of nifty business startups and entertainment districts.
2) Kansas City is Tight knit. All you have to do is look at the Mayors recent campaign contributors and you will see how true this is.
3) Kansas City is thriving. Few cities can boast of a higher crime index or a higher unemployment rate.
4) Kansas City is busy. Not even I can think of a lie to support this.
5) Kansas City is entrepreneurially strong. Yes, with hundreds of millions of dollars being made available to corporate welfare kings (er, entrepreneurs) KC has the ability to sustain businesses whether or not they have real customers.
6) Kansas City has history. And we are tearing down or destroying that history as fast as we possibly can.
7) Kansas City is refreshing. Jello wrestling. Nuff said.
8) Kansas City has the space. Space Balls, that is.
