These lines look fair and equatable.
ReplyDeleteThe Clay County Protection Plan. Not possible. Dead on arrival.
ReplyDeleteLooks like the Repubs drew these maps...more problems for Dems...thank you Jay!!
ReplyDeleteChyanne Cardarella could have won in the old 52nd.
ReplyDeleteThe Skaggs map has reached it greatest success with a new website. Meanwhile back in reality, its not even possible.
ReplyDeletePrediction:Republicans will hold their seats for the next 30 years until the working class can afford to move into their neighborhoods. By then of course, they will move away even more from the urban core, and the red will be retreating to the center of the state, with the exception of Columbia. The 60/40 splits in the suburbs of 2010 cannot shift back to 52/48s anytime soon. Terms limits allowed for the Dems to lose the majority, and redistricting will only solidify it for years to come. Who did not see this coming?
ReplyDelete9:05 is an idiot
ReplyDeleteSince this first map was prepared by two Democrats for a predominantly Republican legislature, and because Republicans felt blind-sided by it, you can be CERTAIN that it will be completely ignored.
ReplyDeleteIt may take another week or so, but when the Republican map comes out, THEN we can see what might actually happen.
Just a little reality check.
11:12 as the legislature has nothing to do with the commission, you are the idiot.
ReplyDeleteThe Republicans are behind. They better catch up. I'm glad to see the Democrats released the starter map.
