Pastor Michael Brooks has an edge over Ken Bacchus for Kansas City's 5th District Council seat by a slim margin of only a 111 votes.
There will be a recount . . . And probably a bit of fun in between.
Compared with recent close races . . . This margin of victory is a bit more substantial, but let's also remember that the KCEB never counts the same number twice.

I bet one of them will be smart enough to hire Chris Moreno to guide them through this recount.
