The number of houses a check for $4.5 million improves is directly correlated to the individuals running the program, making the decisions, and approving the contracts.
ReplyDeleteThere are plenty of Ken Bachuuses hanging around licking their chops. It's not just the eco devo folks who have figured out how to make a buck off the system.
Keep Ken Bacchus away and you'll be able to do quite a few houses with $4.5 mil. Let him near the money and you're looking at about 8 houses tops.
