The KC Biz Journal: Friends of the Plaza attorney Dan Cofran sent a memo to Mayor Mark Funkhouser and the Kansas City Council asking members to hold off on reviving the ordinance (regarding the proposed $58 million office building for Polsinelli Shughart PC on the Country Club Plaza) until after the April 5 general election.
