Kansas City Mayoral Candidate Jim ROWLAND has a hard time getting past public perception about this temperament or an alleged gruff attitude.
Frankly, on the campaign trail I've seen people straight up try and make him mad and thought to myself that I would've broken my foot off in these political denizens if I was in his place.
To his credit, Rowland has kept his cool.
But that hasn't stopped the haters.
Accordingly . . .

Rowland was in favor of the city's smoking ban. This bar owner is sleazy owner. Most of the Bill Nigro crowd endorsed the drinker and smoker candidate, Deb Hermann. Bet he isn't registered to vote.
