The case has two strikes against it but we're waiting to see if Mr. Fletcher files with the Missouri Supreme Court.

There are residency rules for elected office rather than "let the voters decide.". What, does he think he was born in Kenya and rules don't apply?

Is anyone truly stupid enough to believe this BS? Fletcher sues the Missouri Supreme Court in California and now he expects they'll save him? Has anyone examined the soundness of the decision ruling against Fletcher? I've read it, and it appears pretty well reasoned to me. Under the law you can't take two diametrically opposed positions in different courts and expect to succeed. If Fletcher wants to find who is to blame for his problems, he ought to look in the mirror. He's the one who filed a half-ass lawsuit in California, claiming that he was domiciled in California. No one held a gun to his head and made him do that; it was his choice. Now he has to sit down to the feast of his consequences.

ReplyDeleteFletcher went out to the polls yesterday and lied to voters and his workers that the Missouri Supreme Court hat reinstated hime. HE IS A MISLEADER and a LIAR. I feel horrible that I told people Michael Fletcher was reinstated. I was mislead by him. I now believe that Sharon Sanders Brooks is best for our community and I apologize to those voters whom I mistakenly told this to. Fletcher also handed out FAKE ballots supposedly printed by Freedom, Inc endorsing Sly James for Mayor, Brandon Ellington for 3rd District at Large and himself for 3rd District. MICHAEL FLETCHER IS A LIAR.
