ReplyDeleteAn aquarium not paid for with taxpayer funds. That's just not right. Not in this town. Once you let that happen people will start expecting business to pay for their own projects.
ReplyDeleteThis aquarium in a old, rundown, now almost ghetto shoppping area is a waste of money.If the place stinks, an aquarium will not make it a destination.
