The "Mammy-Gate" lawsuit destroyed Mayor Funky's career . . . The story also "broke" right here on TKC but that was a long time ago . . . RIGHT NOW . . . The Lady Gloria Squitiro once called "Mammy" now says she feels vindicated.

Let me say this. I am not a Funky supporter but am feeling generous given the fact that he is gone.
ReplyDeleteGloria also called her friend. It's all said and done and this Ruth Bates was an opportunist. She was looking for a payday and she got an even bigger one than she imagined.
The "Council Dance" is beneath you two ladies. Do show some dignity.
Hermann has shut down her Facebook page today. Be gracious and let your supporters wish you well.
Rowland's last comment was to berate the voters? I hope that was just media and not a true characterization of his parting words.
Funkhouser was clearly dissappointed but showed class in defeat.
Burke and James made their first promise they won't keep. If they have a possitive campaign both in the public view and behind the scenes it will be a first ever. Plus, that means that Pat Gray, Steve Glorioso, Jeff Roe will not be paid behind the scenes to dig up dirt and that won't happen. Glorioso brought us Captain Taco and it worked for Rowland since the goal was putting him ahead of Hermann. Hermann via Kristl brought us the Port Authority issue and Gray/Glorioso gave it legs. Roe brought us The Queen of TIF. All of the above are about to bring us every lawsuit/Development dollar both candidates ever made and how much they cost the City. My bet is some of James cases won't sit well with voters. We already know how much Burke has made.
So come on negative. We know you are out there. There is no doubt that two Lawyers will never let their public mask slip but the behind the scenes dirt will fly.
