The Star: The Kansas City Municipal Officials and Officers Ethics Commission voted unanimously Wednesday to dismiss a 2008 allegation that Mayor Mark Funkhouser had violated conflict-of-interest rules by vetoing a city volunteer ordinance.

Conflict of interest? Has anyone filed charges on Cindy Circo everytime she votes on a Local 42 ordinance?
