    KCPD Chief's Blog: Loss of earnings tax would cut police "services" ....
    not public services but police services .... like fine dining, take home police cars-gas included, a very expensive health care plan, road trips to Jeff City to lobby the legislature for more benefits and higher salaries.... mean while the murder and violent crime rate just climbs.
