I will attempt to check the blog while I'm there . . . SO ASK YOUR QUESTIONS FOR CITY COUNCIL CANDIDATES IN THE COMMENTS AND I'LL DO MY BEST TO SPIT OUT THE GOOD ONES!!!
whatevs.
ReplyDeleteAsk if they have a real plan for cleaning up City Hall and restoring the public's confidence. Tony, don't settle for the typical campaign rhetoric which you will no doubt hear. Press for real answers from these bozos. Also ask what they (the incumbents) discussed in closed session today. Was it the $2.6 million verdict against the City?
ReplyDeleteThe city has had all of its employees in a pay freeze for two years. Some of these pay freeze will expire this summer. The cost of living in Kansas City has increased by 8% since this pay freeze. As a city Council member will you make good on restoring their wages?
ReplyDeleteAsk Funk if he'll need help moving his shit out of City Hall. I'll supply boxes and the use of my pick em truck. He just needs to supply a cooler full of brewskies.
ReplyDeleteAsk who on the council forced a reversal of Human Relations Department's decision on the H&R Block Project which would have assessed liquidated damages to J.E. Dunn.
ReplyDeleteAsk who owns the 1997 Toyota Corolla in the parking lot. I just sideswiped it and tore off the doors.
ReplyDeleteAsk if they will continue with the "shoes optional" dress code on 29.
ReplyDeleteAsk if they know how to reverse an office smudging.
ReplyDeleteAsk if they know the odds are that one of them will wind up going to prison before their term is up.
ReplyDeleteKeep track of how many people Funk blames...
ReplyDeleteWho is NOT for neighborhoods
ReplyDeleteDon't forget to Ask then who will shovel the most money to the Mexican corrupt non-profits you represent tony!
ReplyDeleteWhy give the Royals $2 million when they have fanfest in Overland Park?
ReplyDeleteThe city is broke. It laid off hundreds of it's own employees. Meanwhile, the city is giving hundreds of millions of tax dollars to fluff "TIF" projects. No one mentioned this in the 1/27 debate at UMKC.
ReplyDelete6:44 best question.
