It's going to be cold and miserable with a high probability of forced sentimentality. Accordingly, so many gut-wrenching X-mas holiday gift donation stories involving cancer on Kansas City TV News make me feel horrible for switching the channel so quickly . . . Still, the great thing about human interest stories is that they're so forgettable unlike Jordan Carver and her obvious X-mas cheer.
