Maybe Kraske has a point . . . But what I'm noticing is that that the frontrunners (Burke, Hermann, Rowland and James) are picking up some ardent supporters that are scaring the hell out of everyone else . . .

Any one of those four is superior to Funkhouser. And Squitiro.
ReplyDeleteKraske made a judgment by just sitting through the Citizens'Association dog-and-pony show, hardly a representative forum.
ReplyDeleteHe needs to actually talk with these folks and ask them some tough questions.
Where is Kraske going to come up with a tough question?
ReplyDeleteKraske listening to Roe too much
ReplyDeleteOf the four frontrunners I bet none of them will be sued and the taxpayers pick up the tab. Its encouraging.
ReplyDeleteNo one is addressing real issues. I don!t agree. I am not impressed with any of them. Bring on The FUNK ot get out of my face•
ReplyDeleteSteve Kraske, I didn't realize he was still around. What a boring, pompous ass.
ReplyDeleteAnyone who says anything negative about Steve Kraske and the work he does both for the Star and KCUR either doesn't listen to or read his work. It's first rate, as anyone can see by doing either. The guy is good, smart, hard-working, well-written and insightful, at minimum.
ReplyDeleteAnd he's right here, too. It's a bunch of "also-rans", running for mayor this time around. I hope there's a standout in the group who knows what they're doing and can run a city and run it well. It will be a huge and refreshing change from the current administration and co-mayors.
we are talking about the KC Kraske? The one that sits around with Glorioso/ and Roe? That one? step away from the kool-ade
ReplyDeleteMo, you are right on. At least the front runners have lived here forever and are not transplants. I know that sounds terrible but I belive it makes a difference.
