TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! KANSAS CITY POLITICAL INSIDERS ADVISE CITY COUNCIL AND MAYORAL CANDIDATES TO STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM AGGIE STACKHAUS!!!
It's campaign season and that means Kansas City political denizen Aggie Stackhaus is out to make new friends!!!
I hear Stackhaus has a great pitch, she certainly has been involved in a lot of stuff around town. Let's not forget that the highlight of Aggie's term on the Parks Board was a nasty public feud with beloved radio host Johnny Dare and thousands of Rockfest attendees over damage to a park due to rain and mud.
Also, it's worth noting that Mayor Funky appointed Stackhaus but then not only called her corrupt but also yelled at her like a prostitute in front of a reporter.
But I digress . . . My point is that if this election cycle is similar to previous trips to the ballot box:
THE SILLY SEASON OF SCHMOOZE WILL FEATURE STACKHAUS IN TOP FORM AND EAGER TO HELP CANDIDATES WITH HER MOSTLY IMAGINARY CONSTITUENCY!!!
I don't know what Stackhaus brings to the table but I'm not sure I want a sample.
Obviously, the upcoming elections bring out all kinds of folks offering their support and even a few high profile bigwigs who contend that their name alone gives credence to a campaign. This is a comforting thought but overlooks the fact that in this economy the only thing that really talks in Kansas City politics is money.
So, I wish Aggie luck given that her political M.O. is nothing more than an effort to glom on to so many Kansas City campaigns. And while I'm a bit upset that it was her legislation that banned the 40oz. within City Limits I think she could definitely be a big asset to a campaign but it won't be simply because of her name. TKC advises all political candidates to get a check or a time sheet to keep track of the support of Stackhaus and so many others who tout their value to a campaign without much in the way of proof.

ReplyDeleteAggie is a nut case who needs inpatient care and does absolutely nothing but run her fat loud mouth. The parks are a mess and poorly run. Promises are all bull shit. The proposed dog park replacement for Sunny Side Park is on top of hazardous land. (Aggie organized a dozen neighbors into a Hate campaign against the surrounding business owners who supported it - maybe because Wornall Rd has turned to a crime ridden piece of crap. Thank you City and Chief Corwin.

Totally agree with 7:55 as would the folks who spent their own money rehabbing the Loose Mansion on Armour Blvd. only to run into hurricane Aggie after it was done.

ReplyDeleteWow, I agree with Tony! City Hall and any politician would be smart to avoid Aggie Stackhaus and quit listening to her. She has nothing to offer, but likes to start stupid little battles with everyone over non-issues and things that she either makes up or exaggerates to the point of lying. She seeks attention and power for herself ... and there is nothing but her own self-interests behind her motives to help Kansas City politicians. If she is supporting Deb Hermann ... I feel sorry for her! Deb needs to distance herself from Aggie quickly. Aggie will hurt, not help.

Aggie is corrupt and makes others including City Hall look corrupt by all of her constant wheeling and dealing to hurt efforts and people she doesn't personally support or like. She's the closest to evil that I've met in my lifetime. She's a despicable woman.
