    Aahh...good/bad news for me. I'll be able to watch the redevelopment from my front porch (front row seat.) But alas, as soon as my landlord sees the property values in the area jump, I'll be asked to vacate, as well as the rest of my neighbors and our homes torn down in lieu of rezoning into new business.

    Such is life...

    Put those big box malls on big ass wheels. Then we can move them around. There isn't any more discretionary money just fuck ups chasing the next "new" retail area.

    If the city had gotten behind this project in the first place it would be done. This northland neighborhood needs this to happen.Its the northlands bannister mall. Good luck northland from the southside.
