Everybody likes Jason Grill and his new website.
The political career of the young guy is worth a look because he continues to win what is considered GOP Territory North of Kansas City. Also, he has been the subject of some rather nasty Jeff Roe attacks and accusations.
What I like about the 20-something State Rep. is that, unlike so many young politicos, his work is substantial. Remember that he was the driving force behind the recent a Missouri Autism Bill that found money for the medical care of children amid so many cutbacks during The Great Recession.
Overwhelmingly, voters feel the same way.
To wit . . .
TKC HAS EXCLUSIVELY OBTAINED SOME POLLING INFO WHICH REVEALS THAT GRILL IS EXTREMELY LIKELY TO STAY WINNING!!!
Fun facts, Grill is known to 75% of likely voters and he enjoys a 48% to 14% favorable rating. Grill even benefits from a solid 39% - 23% favorable rating among Republicans.
Grill begins the race well ahead of his competition 53% to 27%.
BUT MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL TKC IS PROUD TO FEATURE A PHOTO OF THE GOP DUDE THAT OPPOSES THE NORTHLAND ELECTED OFFICAL!!!
I'm not gonna raise the dude's name ID but I will note that he looks "interesting" and not quite as professional as Grill.
Check the poll memo that proves my point after the jump . . .
he looks like a winner to me, Al.
ReplyDeleteClearly a great mind.
ReplyDeleteFunk wins!
ReplyDeleteGrill is in his 30's. He's a GenXer, not a Millenial.
ReplyDeleteHe is a decent pol, though.
Grill is a well known family north of the river. Unlike JXCO politics and their families, Grill deserves the respect he gets, as does his dad!
ReplyDeleteI have no doubt he'll have voter support.
WTF! Ron Schieber looks maniacal.
ReplyDeleteGrill is 31. I'm republican and think he does a great job for our district.
ReplyDeleteShieber is a puppet for Jeff Roe.
ReplyDeleteShieber is a puppet for Jeff Roe.
ReplyDeleteI was asked by the republican party to run in the last election against Jason but declined. Why are we so desperate to try to get rid of someone, regardless of party, who is doing a good job for our area? I'm sick of it. Ron Schieber looks foolish and will look even more so when he loses this election by a resounding margin. Let's put our area first - not politics, folks. My two cents.
ReplyDeleteGrill's opponent looks interesting - yes. Qualified - no.
ReplyDeleteJust went to http://www.ronschieber.com/. The button that says "Click Here To Donate" doesn't work. I think that says it all.
ReplyDeleteJason Grill's work ethic, values and accomplishments are representative of the aspirations and standards of his district.
ReplyDeleteBest of luck to him in the election!
If he's a Dem getting elected in a GOP district, that can only mean one thing...he's either conservative or acting as if he is conservative.
ReplyDeleteIt's the only way a lot of Dems can get elected because people don't much go for the liberal wackos.
To Anonymous 8/19/10 12:38 - Grill is a moderate.
ReplyDeleteYou might not have a great look on your face either if some idiot was stalking you on your morning jog. I don't know squat about either of them, but this is just crap propaganda from the dirt monger.
ReplyDeleteTo 1:57, why do you assume this was taken by someone stalking him on a morning job?
ReplyDeleteWe have all taken poor photos. Ron is a hard worker and would be great for the position... Just like Mr. Grill.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to stalk Jason Grill when he's on his morning jog... I bet he looks so good in some running shorts!
ReplyDeleteWow 3:05. Way to grasp at straws. Per several comments above, this is EXACTLY the kind of BS that Jeff Roe would post. It's pathetic the level that people will stoop to at the expense of our district. No thanks, I'll stick with someone who has proven his merit and worth. Get out of the gutter. Ron - you should be ashamed. Or maybe not and this is what we should expect. Either way, it's obviously not working.
ReplyDeleteLeave it to Jeff Roe and his puppet Ivan Foley at the Landmark to keep grasping for straws on a totally baseless, dead issue. As a Parkville Republican, I hope Ron is not wasting his money on Jeff Roe! If he does these poll numbers surely will stand!
ReplyDeleteRoe has 31 campaigns in 18 states which makes him a pretty busy guy, but at night he sits at home watching Monday Night Football and thinks about Jason Grill.
ReplyDeleteWhat's wrong with this guy?
ReplyDeleteit wasn't a great photo, he was cutting up. But he's good stuff. this thread is too long already. that guy is hot stuff, politically, and its not really up for disagreement.
ReplyDeleterman sed it.
Knowing both of these guys, BOTH are decent fellows. Jason is young and liberal and has a good heart. Ron has a couple more years under his belt, is a wonderful family man, lives his life based on his convictions and faith, and tends to be somewhat conservative.
ReplyDeleteThose who post silly pictures or sling mud to try to make their points are just showing their ignorance. NEITHER of these guys wants to see this. Look at what they stand for and do, judge them on their merits, and vote based on who you feel most comfortable with.
David
Oh, and take down that silly picture of Ron, no one can take this site seriously with crap like that!
David sounds like a homo. I wish we had a pic to confirm.
ReplyDeleteThe guy (gal), idiot, numskull, (insert your favorite derogitory slam), who said:
ReplyDelete"David sounds like a homo. I wish we had a pic to confirm"
obviously lacks the intelligence or guts to even identify himself. He is showing the exact stupidity that was being talked about. He’s an idiot, and judging from his post, a bigot as well!
Ron would beat Grills ass in a fist fight all day. Every Day.
ReplyDeleteI mean at the end of the day, tittles aside, that's what it all comes down to.
If you disagree... then square up bitch.
P.S. this site is ridiculously worthless. i will never be back.
Talk SHIT!
