It's not really news since everyone expected it . . . But it's nice to know that GOP efforts to stop strippers will face a legal fight.
KCTV5: "Missouri's adult entertainment industry has gone to court over a new state law regulating sexually oriented businesses."
In this economy, I'm just surprised that putting strippers out of work was offered as a viable measure . . . Also, I'm wondering if the "discovery" phase of the legal proceeding will be as fun as I imagine.
Finally . . . Look around Downtown closely, Kansas City Strip Clubs are a part of the few elite businesses that aren't getting subsidies or eating up taxpayer cash. In every sense fake boobs and thongs benefit this Cowtown's economy: It's a fact.
Now watch the government officials will whine about over crowded jails and criminals . All the while passing more DUMB laws that create more "criminals"
ReplyDeleteI hate laws like this. All they do is take away freedom and, as mentioned before, make criminals outs of citizens. You can't legislate morality.
