somebody at JE Dunn or at their attorneys is going to lose their job over this one. the court threw this out because they didn't serve the right papers at the right time. it isn't a matter of interpreting some law differently here--they just didn't get their homework done and handed in.
ReplyDeleteWhen Bob Bernstein went up against Dunn, I predicted he was going to lose because a) Dunn has bundles of money and b) they and their attorneys surely know contract law and construction documents very well.
And that's just what happened--Mr. Advertising lost.
But now, this time, the Dunn attorneys or the Dunn Co. apparently didn't get papers in on time, if you can believe the court and its information.
This looks like Dunn & Co. is going to lose this one.
