I hate old OCD ladies that live next door that complain about animals ruining their yards. This is the same type of person that calls the cops on you when you play the stereo and keeps every ball that accidentally gets thrown or hit in her yard. I'll bet she turns off all her lights and pretends not to be home on Halloween.
