    With that low a turnout, why are all these politicos racing around kissing the butts of the self-appointed "leaders" of these neighborhoods? And east of Troost you'll be lucky to have a turnout of 7%. Apparently the voters aren't paying much attention to all these self-important loudmouths. Why should anyone else?
