Ethics and the City Council ?? Not possible. Ring leader is Deb Hermann who cannot stay out of the news because of one ethical lapse after another. First it was the Ethics Commissioners and her fund raising referenced in this story and then this week it is taking money from the head of the TIF Commission as she attempts to derail an audit of TIFs, almost all of which she support during the heyday of the Barnes' years.
