Outside the Shops at Boardwalk KMBC reports further evidence that the level of discontent in Kansas City is increasing along with Northland crime while this Cowtown still copes with The Great Recession.

The assailant was probably just disoriented escapee from the ghetto.
There's no recession north of the river except for signs that every ten houses, there's one out of two cars parked in the driveway all day, when normally, everyone's at work and the kids are safely inside all summer, playing their wii games!
