"KC Overgrown With Neglected Yards"
Sadly, there's not enough money to keep up with all of the overgrown and abandoned property in Kansas City despite a PR move in the Summer of 2008 by Mayor Funky that included images of the guy mowing lawns with very little follow-up or real attention to detail and Kansas City's ongoing needs in this area.
First place they could start is with the Park system. The "grass" there is more like wheat being several feet tall more than 10 feet off the pavement in the park closest to me.

ReplyDeleteIn the burbs we keep our shit up because that's what you're supposed to do. It also keeps your property values from dropping down to Westside status.
