i don't get downtown that often, but all of the times i have been there in the past year or so, the jaywalking was a real problem as was walking across the street on a red light. as far as i'm concerned, cross when you want, where you want, but DON'T IMPEDE TRAFFIC. ain't no fun getting bounced off a fender.

So let me get this straight.... Kansas City just condemned Arizona for trying to protect themselves against people illegally crossing the border - people who will put additional strain on our welfare system, healthcare system, social programs, and jobs. But people who cross the street 10 feet from a crosswalk should be chased down,harrassed, and fined. Give me a break.

ReplyDelete3:34 is an idiot. 1:52 got it right. No, they won't ticket anyone who is black or brown. They will ticket white people who look like they can afford to pay the ticket. Now that would be profiling!
