So, Happy B-Day to this AWESOME LOCAL LADY seen at the top of this post schmoozing with Council lady Jan Marcason. She's not even 30 and has stayed winning for quite a long time in Kansas City.

Diana is a politcal amature that tries to play men with her looks. Sometimes it works but not often.
