As long as they got those Black "teenagers" out of the Plaza the rest of KCMO does not care where they hang out or shoot up
ReplyDeleteI love the KCPD Mounted Patrol. They need more horses and mounted officers, especially on the Plaza, where they can control crowds and at the same time engender goodwill.
ReplyDeleteYou just like the embiance. You want to live cheaply and pretend you live in high rent NYC once a week when you come down here for dinner.
ReplyDeleteLet the plaza association put a few security guards on horseback for the embience, along with the carriages, rather than trouble the KCPD whose main jobs are catching bourough rapists or cleaning up after murders in the ghettos. In both cases, horseback cops isn't good policing.
The mounted patrol was Corwin's idea so all KCPD members have to get on board because it was the "Chief's idea".
ReplyDeletePolice Departments are not places for free thinking and creativity but for penguins and penguin thinking.
"where they can control crowds"
ReplyDeleteBlack Youth are the "crowds".
Of course mounted patrol will never see the inner city. The high stepping and high prancing horses are for white people.
Radiowoman, it's "ambiance" or "ambience," not "embience."
