AWESOME local photog Eric Bowers captures local anti-crime activism and its finest at the Troost festival and once again we can see that efforts to thwart crime are far more significant and widespread than the so-called "stop snitchin'" ethos that's used as a way to blame entire communities for the misdeeds of a few.
