KC with a Russian Accent recently published an excellent post on the topic of physical fitness and local law enforcement and received a bit of pushback . . . But he'll probably be safe if a foot chase is involved.

Most of the KCPD officers I saw looked out of shape. I even some people behind me comment on how tight their uniforms looked and thought they needed a larger size.
