Show Me Direct Democracy

The MO Record is running an interesting series Direct Democracy in Missouri and already the online opinion journal contends, "Contrary to the comparatively easy legislative process, the process citizens in Missouri must go through to propose a measure for the ballot are some of the country's more difficult." It's not really a left or right thing, so far it's just an interesting look at the way government works (or doesn't) in the Show Me State.
