We're switching thing up for a bit and my conversations with The Queen of Kansas City Talk Radio Darla Jaye are moving to Wednesday night for a while.
Tonight should be an interesting discussion given that this blog has been putting a local connection to Arizona Hate on blast and we've been slugging it out here in the comments section. In all of this hot mess, there hasn't been much respect to the way Latinos feel about the recent developments and Darla deserves credit for reaching out to a variety of opinions on the subject.

We can't know until we see what his administration does about illegal immigration.
it's pretty clear Mexico as a country supports illegal immigration and US dollars going into their country from illegals working here.
The real question is whether the US wants to address it, or ignore it!
Sounds like O'man intends to ignore it. I'm afraid I don't agree with him. I want Mexicans to register as workers, pay taxes, get paid legal wages and pay health insurance like the rest of us. If they do that, I have no prob with them at all. Not at ALL!

The whole reason we're in this mess is because for YEARS we've had this problem and the federal government has failed to act. Now AZ has done something.

Today they could not even pass a financial reform bill. The Taxpayers are getting screwed.
Arizona pushes the white elephant further into the center of the dance floor. All the pantywaists run away and fret. How can they bring THAT up?! We just want it to sit quietly in the bleachers so we don't have to talk to it.
