Local authorities and concerned family members are still trying to identify two bodies found in a shopping cart at 45th Street Avenue yesterday. The only thing we can know for certain is that during the warmer months in Kansas City, murder is so prevalent that it seems to be on discount and, tragically, life always seems to be regarded so cheaply.

In order to reverse the upward spiral in murders the City Council today outlawed shopping carts.
