Bruce Rodgers over at EKC contends that Mayor Funky still has outsider status despite his 2 decades inside City Hall and the fact the guy broke every campaign promise he ever made.

Bruce must want some money from Jim Nutter. That is the only viable reason for writing anything nice about the abject failure that is Mark Funkhouser.
