KCTV5: The Police Chief Has Wish List For Sales Tax Money . . . The interesting fact is that it doesn't coincide with the Mayor's plans at all.

    I work at City Hall and while the city has cut back and had to lay people off now for two years the police depart. has done NOTHING.

    The city employees have more than taken their share of the burden.
