I don't think it's fair to make the next tenant pay for the previous tenants bill either.
ReplyDeleteAgree and when property is vacant it is the landlord's responsibility. I rented a house that the previous tenant had skipped out on the utilities and funny when I started service, my bilsl were unusually high and then suddenly dropped.
